Mercedes-Benz

What's in this collection

Four Mercedes-Benz kits live here, split across two chassis families. On the G-Wagon side we carry two separate G63 dry carbon aero kits: a W464 set (front lip, rear lip, rear wing, spare tire cover, fender trim, bumper trim) and a deeper W465 set that adds a hood, wheel arches, and grille on top of the same lip-and-wing coverage. Pick by chassis first, then by how much of the body you want in carbon. On the AMG GT side, the GT/GTC PD-style kit is the widest package we sell for that chassis — front and rear bumpers, front and rear lips, rear wing, side skirts, front air vents, and canards, built for the C190/R190. Rounding it out is the G-Class W464/W465 G63 AMG-style widebody conversion, for owners chasing the true wide-track stance rather than a bolt-on splitter.

Dry carbon only — here's why

We don't stock wet carbon for any of these four kits, and that's a deliberate call, not a supply accident. Wet-laid carbon on a G-Wagon hood or an AMG GT wing spends years in direct sun, and the resin yellows faster than most buyers expect — we've seen it happen on customer cars within eighteen months. Dry carbon, autoclave-cured under vacuum, holds its color and its gloss far longer. It costs more per panel. On a widebody kit that's going to sit on the car for a decade, that tradeoff is worth it.

Fitment: what actually bolts on

Both G63 kits are built around the W464/W465 body (2018 refresh onward) and use the factory bumper, hood, and fender anchor points — no cutting, no spacers, though the W465 set's grille and wheel arch pieces take longer to dial in than the lip-only W464 set. The AMG GT kit fits both the coupe and the GTC roadster on the C190/R190 platform; the front lip clips to the OEM bumper mounts, and the canards use 3M VHB plus two mechanical points per side for track use. The widebody fender kit is the one exception to true bolt-on: flared arches need trimming at the wheel liner and, depending on your wheel offset, a rivet-and-adhesive install rather than pure OEM clip-in. Budget a full day with a body shop for that one, not an afternoon in your garage.

Shipping and what to expect

All four ship dry carbon, hand-laid, and inspected before crating. The aero kits (both G63 sets, the AMG GT bumper kit) go out in reinforced cartons with foam-blocked corners. The widebody fender kit ships freight due to panel size — expect a longer lead time and a signature-required delivery. Worldwide shipping is included on all four; reach out before ordering if you need exact transit estimates for your country.

Mercedes-Benz Carbon Fiber — Frequently Asked Questions

Which Mercedes models do you cover?

We stock kits for the AMG GT, G63 (W463/W464/W465), S-Class (W222/W223), C63 (W205) and G-Class widebody. Confirm your exact model and year at checkout.

Are all the Mercedes kits dry carbon?

Most aero pieces are pre-preg dry carbon, but some Mansory, Brabus and TopCar widebody kits are forged carbon or FRP — the material is stated in each product's description.

Do the parts bolt on or need bodywork?

Bolt-on aero pieces locate on factory hardpoints with no cutting; full widebody conversions (G63, S-Class Mansory) require professional fitment and paint.

What styles are available?

TopCar, Mansory (MSY), Brabus-style and Edition One packages, depending on model — from single lips to complete body kits.
