Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because most of our dry carbon fiber kits are made to order, the following terms apply.

Returns

Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order and custom items are non-returnable except where they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Process

Contact us to start a return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective.
