Teslas leave the factory aerodynamically clean and visually anonymous. For some owners that's the appeal. For others it's the problem. Our Tesla carbon fiber range is aimed at the second group: front lips, side skirts, rear lips, wings and hoods in hand-laid prepreg dry carbon, molded to the factory panels and clear-coated against UV.

Model S and Model Y

For the Model Y we build the OD-style kit — front lip, side skirts, rear lip, spoiler. The Model S has two programs: a PD-style full widebody with replacement front and rear bumpers, and a V-style dry carbon set covering lip, skirts, rear lip, wing, hood and mirror covers. The V-style is the one to take if you want the car to still look standard at a glance.

Why dry carbon on an EV

Weight matters more on an electric car than people admit. Every kilo you bolt on comes off your range. Dry carbon prepreg cured under heat and pressure is lighter than wet-layup and it doesn't go yellow in the sun. We don't build wet-layup at all.

Fitment

Model Y (2020–present) and Model S (2021–present, including the 2023 refresh). Everything bolts to OEM mounting points — no cutting. Tell us your build year when you order; the refreshed Model S front bumper differs from the earlier car.
